Our High School Portrait Session Fees:
We encourage all seniors to bring in their favorite music CD's and at least 3-5 outfits to tailor the portrait session to your individual tastes. Friends and family are welcome at the session as well!

Family Portrait Sessions Fees:
Family Portraits Sessions start at $100 for a Studio Session, $100 for a Seahurst Beach Park Session (in Burien), $200 for a location portrait session (home sessions, special events, etc), $250 for location work outside the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue area. Yes, we do travel outside of the Puget Sound area. Please call us at 253-631-2901 for quotes on out-of-state locations. All portraits are retouched and portrait prices start at $45. 11x14 portraits and larger are available either on our canvas finish or acid free mountboard. All images are retouched and color corrected to Kodak specifications. Children Portrait Sessions fees:
We offer both studio and location portrait session for your children. We use Kodak film for that crisp, clean look. All sessions can be done in color and/or black and white film. Most sessions last about an hour; sometimes less depending on the mood of your child that day. We are very flexible and will schedule an appointment time that works best for your child.

Wedding Coverage Plans:
We offer a complete wedding coverage, which includes B/W and color images featuring our blend of traditional, candid, and photojournalism style. All images are created and captured on Hasselblad and Nikon equipment with KODAK film. Engagement Sessions are No Charge with a booked wedding date. Negatives are always available for purchase if so desired. Many dates book up early; we strongly suggest calling us to see if your date is still available.
We understand every couple is different; therefore we custom tailor our photography service to best suit your needs. Our wedding photography is best described as a mixture of formal, candid, and photojournalism styles. Photography coverage includes your engagement session at our studio, your wedding day, and our Album Design Service (where we help design your album). Our overall goal is to give you a great selection of color and black & white images that captures the feeling of your special day!
Traditional Coverage….…..$1995
5 hours of photography time (Kevin & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 200-225 images to choose from, $1000 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services and a 15 page Art Leather Album for your favorite images. $995 is a design credit (or minimum order amount) towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Your custom album can hold a mixture of 8x10's, 5x7's and some of the proofs. All original proofs included.
Classic Coverage……….…$2495
6 hours of photography time (Kevin & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 225-275 images to choose from, $1200 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services and a 20 page Art Leather Album for your favorite images. $1295 is a design credit (or minimum order amount) towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Your custom album can hold a mixture of 8x10's, 5x7's and some of the proofs. All original proofs included.
Regency Coverage…….…..$2995
7 hours of photography time (Kevin & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 250-300 images to choose from, $1400 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services and two Art Leather Albums (30 page total) for your favorite images. $1595 is a design credit (or minimum order amount) towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Your custom albums can hold a mixture of 8x10's, 5x7's and some of the proofs. All original proofs included.
Keepsake Coverage……….$3495
8 hours of photography time (Kevin & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 325-400 images to choose from, $1600 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services and two Art Leather Albums (40 page total) for your favorite images. $1895 is a design credit (or minimum order amount) towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Your custom albums can hold a mixture of 8x10's, 5x7's and some of the proofs. All original proofs included.
Terms:
There is a retainer fee of $1000 to secure your date. We book on a first come, first serve basis. The balance is due three weeks before your wedding. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash. Prices do not include any travel fees or State Sales Tax.
Travel Fees:
Any travel & lodging fees (hotels, airfare, car rental, etc.) will be billed to you at cost.

Please note: Our digital retouching removes, zits, blemishes, reflection in eye glasses, stray hairs. We can change background colors, etc. by special request.
Album Design Service:
Included with your wedding coverage is our album design session. We'll sit down with you to help design and finalize your custom wedding album. We'll discuss cropping and positioning of the images to create a storybook feel to your album. This service usually takes two-three hours and can be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
Hellriegel's Portrait Studio holds membership in the Seattle Professional Photographers Association and Professional Photographers of Washington. Kevin is currently holds a board position on the Seattle Professional Photographers Association.
Commercial Rates:
Looking for a Business Portrait or need your image scanned to a CD? We offer a mixture of traditional and digital services to fit your needs.
Commercial Studio Session 10 poses All images scanned and saved to a CD in either JPEG or TIFF formats, great for web publishing, business cards, and smaller digital needs. All for only $99 (plus sales tax). Upgrade to our 20 pose session for only $39 more!
Commercial Location Session includes 1-1½ hour at your location, great for sales meetings, etc. We'll come to your location, set up our studio, and photograph your staff for $200 set up fee/service call. You can decide from the options below what will best fit your needs.
